At Hervouge, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with tags and labels intact.

To start a return, please email info@hervouge.com
with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or custom/personalized products cannot be returned.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@hervouge.com
within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
